A New Year Thought

Start a revolution. Decide that this year you will demonstrate holy-ness thru your thinking, eating and movement. Begin this moment to think impeccably-create an exceptional livlihood for yourself and courageously show it off to the world around you-we all love to emulate passion. Eat with intention-with the mission to nourish your mind and body so you can transcend the cultural trance of physiological mediocrity. Make daily movement a mission-to become more alive you must dance, jump, skip and push your body/mind to new edges with sweat and smiles. This is your time-you are the one-get up, stand up and put your radiant wellness on! Happy New Year!

Be Kind To Yourself

Take a vacation from self-criticism. Celebrate with being more compassionate towards yourself. You may have your fair share of “chronic not enoughness” circulating around you this month…me too. Not enough time, money, energy-choose one or all. Getting your “compassion on” is good medicine this time of the year. It’s a gift to your mind and body; lowering incidence for heart disease and diabetes via more efficient use of glucose; healthier regulation of heart and respiration rates and as well. Those of us who are doing compassion well tend towards greater balance with emotions and overall focus and attention.
