  1. Dancing is a great way to work out. Put in your favorite, high energy CD, and get moving! And the best part, you can do it in the comfort of your own home and have fun!

  2. If you’re having trouble making yourself work out, try putting on your work out clothes. It’s an easy baby step and gets you in the mindset. Plus, you feel guilty giving up when you’re already set to go!
